While in the other vade mecum applications, the standards are downloaded to your device, Digimecum works in two ways: the main, in online mode, directly accesses the Planalto website and displays the completely updated legislation (without the need for the user to manually make an update); and the secondary, in offline mode, in which it saves the standards on the device, which can be updated manually, for visualization on occasions when the user does not have internet to access them online.
