The Hospital Authority (HA) mobile application “HA Touch” is a mobile application designed for mobile devices. “HA Touch” provides the latest updates on important public notifications issued by the HA, useful phone numbers of public hospitals and clinics, fees and charges, and waiting time for new cases booking of specialist out-patient services in public hospitals.

- “HA Touch” offers both Chinese and English versions.
