TetraGems mixes old-school Tetra Falling Blocks with 4-in-a-row Jewel / Gem game

Tetra blocks fall from the sky and they have jewels enclosed. You can collect these jewels when you make a row of 4 or more of the same jewels. Doing so the Tetra blocks will break open and the remaining jewels will fall down.
